Itenerary (Day by Day)

DAY 1- ARRIVAL TO KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Welcome to Tanzania, upon arrival to Kilimanjaro International Airport and transferred to your hotel in Moshi with our representative, about a 45-minute drive from the airport,Your Safari guide will meet you forbriefing.

DAY 2–MOSHI TOUR

There are three options today: 1. Enjoy a day acclimatizing in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaroknown as the rooftop of Africa, visiting Marangu gate famous known as Coca cola route thenexplore the culture of the Chagga people who call these slopes home,a visit to Chagga bolt hole/ caves at Marangu village. Share their longstanding tradition of coffee-making and learn firsthand how it is processed locally and thereafter in the evening will drive you back to your hotel in Moshi.
2. Enjoy a day walking around Moshi townexperience the daily life of people in Tanzania, visiting local Market, visiting local restaurant. A visit oldest railway station in Moshi and get exposure to great view of Mount Kilimanjaro.Experiencestraditional (dishes,dance)thereafter in the evening will drive you back to your hotel in Moshi.
3. In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in Moshi and drive to Olpopongi Maasai villagespends your day in an authentic Maasai village and share in this fascinating culture. Learn and experience the daily life of the Maasai children and adults, Practice Maasai hunting techniques, experienceMaasai warriorsjumping into the air and chanting celebratory songs.Spend a unique evening at the campfire with a Maasai BBQ & traditional dancing ceremony before you find yourself sleeping a nearby lodge.

DAY 3: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Wake early to a beautiful sunrise and enjoy your breakfast. Depart at 07:00 am for the drive to Tarangire National Park, which is known for its huge baobab trees and large herds of elephants. Its sparse vegetation makes it a beautiful and special location, where up to 300 elephants can be found, looking for underground streams in the dry riverbeds. Migratory wildebeest, zebra, and buffalo can also be seen crowding the shrinking lagoons. Here you will enjoy an afternoon game drive with a picnic lunch. Late afternoon you will drive to the outskirts of the rim of Ngorongoro Crater for hot shower, dinner and overnight.

DAY 4 - SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Today you drive to one of the most famous game parks in Africa, the Serengeti! Known to host most amazing wildlife spectacles on earth – the great migration over one million of wildebeest and zebra, gazelleheadingto and from Maasai Mara river and Ngorongoro Highlands search for fresh grass and water, other popular wild animals includethe big five: elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard and rhino and many other predators cheetah,wild dog,jackal and hyena just few to name. Serengeti also inhabit over 350 species of birds both migratory and resident.. Enjoy awesome game drive and in the evening you will drive to the campsite for having shower, dinner and overnight.

DAY 5: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Awake to the bright orange sunrise over the Serengeti Plains and the sounds of wildlife around you. Spend a full day in the plains.

DAY 6: NGORONGORO CRATER

This morning, after enjoying a beautiful Serengeti sunrise, you’ll catch a glimpse of lions and other predators on their morning hunt during your game drive. After brunch, you’ll then leave the parkto Ngorongoro conservation;on your way you will have an option to visit Oldupai Gorge, a home to our earliest ancestors and the most famous archaeological site in East Africa. Thereafter enter into Ngorongoro conservation, one of Africa’s seven natural wonders! Before dinner is served, enjoy awesome views of the crater below.

DAY 7: NGORONGORO CRATER

Today you’ll rise early in the morning to descend the 600m high walls to the floor of the crater and get up close with one of Africa’s seven natural wonders! Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is considered one of the most beautiful and unique places in Africa. Here you will find a haven of African wildlife with diversities of habitant with high chance of witness the endangered Rhino and other big five animals.Enjoy a game drive and lunch at the Hippo pool picnic site,late in the afternoon; you will drive up the Crater Rimfor hot shower, Dinner and overnight.

DAY 8: LAKE EYASI

After breakfast, you will get the chance to visit the Bushmen tribe of Datoga or Hadzabeand learn about their culture and way of life. A tour will give you the opportunity to goalong on a hunt and experience their great hunting skills with arrows and bows, as well asenjoy some singing and dancing ceremonies. Late afternoon you will drive to the outskirts of the rim of Ngorongoro Crater for hot shower, dinner and overnight.

DAY 9; LAKE MANYARA TO ARUSHA

In the morning, you will drive to Lake Manyara National Park; this is located within the Great Rift Valley.Upon your arrival to Manyara you will be welcomed by the Great Rift Valley Escarpment view and fun makers’ baboon at the entrance of Lake Manyara National Park. Lake Manyara boasts a spectacular setting, famous for its tree-climbing lions and soda-ash Lake. Blessed with its forest habitat, harboring elephants, giraffes, baboons, blue monkeys and bushbuck, just to name a few. The park also provides the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife. The shores of the lake, encrusted with pink flamingo, attract more than 400 species of birds, many of them waterfowl or migrants.You will enjoy a picnic lunch, and late afternoondrive to Arusha, where you will have some time to relax and prepare for your next day’s flight to Zanzibar.

DAY 10 - ARUSHA - ZANZIBAR

Depart from Arusha on a flight, welcome to the beautiful spice island of Zanzibar, where the culture is rich and history abounds. You will be met at Zanzibar Airport with Alpine chat adventure representative and drive to Tembo palace hotel on the shores of the Indian Ocean then around16:40pm will pick you up from the hotel for sun set cruise with local boat as known as Zanzibar dhow then overnight at Tembo palace.

DAY 11:ZANZIBAR

Morning at 9:00am picked up from hotel to Fumba village where you will meet your special boat special Guided safari blue tour: It is about visiting three different sand banks and you stop in one of those for Sea food lunch where by later you do snorkeling and having chance of seeing dolphin. It is full day back at 17:30 Fumba village and arrives at hotel around 17:30 back to Tembo palace hotel and overnight.

DAY 12: ZANZIBAR

Morning after breakfast pick up at 7:30am pick up from the hotel and drive to matemwe for dolphin tour where you can see and swim with dolphin then will drive to Spice farm where you can see different types of spice and how they grow up plus tasting the seasonal fruits and to experience the normal life of the local people in the village then will have lunch at spice farm. After meal will have town tour where you can have amazing history of the heart of the Zanzibar island as known as stone town, whereby you have chance to see the slave market site, daily market, house of wonder, old fort, palace museum and narrow street then will have chance to do shopping ,this tour will be full day. Then overnight to Tembo palace hotel overnight.

DAY 13: ZANZIBAR

Morning time at 8am pick up from hotel to Prison island where you will see the gentle tortoise and enjoy the blue ocean by doing snorkeling then will be drive to the natural aquarium to swim with see tortoise then drive to east to see more hotels then drive to Amaan bungalow and overnight.

DAY 14: ZANZIBAR

Pick up from the hotel at 8:00 am and drive to Jozani forest where you will see the Red colobus monkey and the forest it's self then after the tour will drive to Zanzibar airport for flight back to your country.

Suggestions on things to bring

Extra binoculars, camera, sunglasses, hat and sunscreen, mosquito repellent, warm clothes for your early morning in Ngorongoro Crater, cool comfortable clothes for during the days.
