DAY 1 MOSHI – NGORONGORO CRATER
In the morning, you’ll drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Crater Floor after registration. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is known for its stunning beauty and unique ecosystem. You’ll spend the day on game drives, spotting a variety of wildlife including rhinos, elephants, lions, and more, with a picnic lunch at the Hippo Pool picnic site. The crater also hosts a rich birdlife, with Lake Magadi attracting species like flamingos and pelicans. In the late afternoon, you’ll ascend to the Crater Rim for a shower, dinner, and overnight stay.
DAY 1: MOSHI TO LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, you’ll be picked up from your hotel in Moshi/Arusha for a 3-hour drive to Lake Manyara Park. This park is known for its large colonies of water birds, including flamingos, cormorants, pelicans, and storks, with around 400 bird species in total. It’s also famous for tree-climbing lions and offers sightings of elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, and hippos. In the late afternoon, you’ll drive to the outskirts of Ngorongoro Crater. There, you’ll enjoy a hot shower, dinner, and an overnight stay.

DAY 2: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK TO MOSHI.
Today, you’ll begin with an early drive to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its majestic baobab trees and large herds of elephants. The park’s landscape features Acacia woodlands and expansive swamps, with up to 300 elephants often seen searching for underground water. You might also encounter migratory wildebeest, zebras, and buffalo, as well as rare species like the kudu, Fringed-eared Oryx, and tree-climbing pythons. Enjoy a game drive with a picnic lunch amidst this unique setting. Afterwards, you’ll head to Moshi to continue your journey to Zanzibar or return home. Meals provided: Breakfast & Lunch.
DAY 0: DEPARTURE TRANSFER KILIMANJARO AIRPORT (JRO).
Today you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight back home.
