Airport Pickup and Hotel Transfer
When you arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our driver will be waiting for you outside the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name on it so you can easily identify your transfer. From there, you will be driven safely to your hotel, where you can relax after your journey and prepare for your upcoming adventure.
The drive from Kilimanjaro International Airport to Moshi usually takes around 45–60 minutes, while the journey to Arusha generally takes approximately 1–1.5 hours, depending on traffic and your hotel's location.
Preparing for Your Kilimanjaro Climb
Before your trek begins, we will arrange a pre-climb briefing with your mountain guide. During this meeting, your guide will explain the route, discuss the trekking schedule, answer your questions, and check your essential climbing equipment to ensure you are properly prepared for the mountain.

Return Airport Transfer
At the end of your Kilimanjaro adventure, Alpine Chat Adventure will arrange your transfer back to Kilimanjaro International Airport in line with your flight schedule. Whether you are heading home or continuing your travels to a Tanzania safari or Zanzibar beach holiday, we will help make your onward journey as convenient as possible.
